Designing Courses on Digital Public Infrastructure

While DPI adoption is growing, there is a major gap in formal education and skill development in this field, leaving professionals unprepared for emerging opportunities. This policy paper proposes introducing two DPI courses (one mandatory and one elective) for engineering students to address this gap.
